A PLACE TO

reclaim yourself

ON THE OTHER SIDE OF RELIGION

You got out.

So why doesn’t it feel better?

Leaving was supposed to be

the hard part.

Maybe YOU’RE…

Hi, I’m Gloria

You're not going to have to convince me it was that bad.

I grew up in two cults. I know what it's like to have your entire sense of self shaped by a system that was never safe. You don't have to explain what it felt like. The rules, the language, the version of you they decided you were supposed to be. I already know, and that experience is at the core of everything I bring into the therapy room.

MY SPECIALTIES

Religious Trauma

You've left the faith system but it hasn't left you.

Whether you grew up in a high-control religious environment or a faith that shaped every part of your identity, this work is for you.

Complex Trauma

The wounds that happen earliest often run the deepest.

If you grew up in an environment that wasn't safe, consistent, or nurturing, you may still be living in survival mode without realizing it.

EMDR Intensives

Sometimes weekly therapy isn't the right pace for where you are in your healing.

EMDR intensives offer a concentrated, immersive approach to trauma processing for people who are ready to go deeper and want more space to do it.

here’s how to

GET STARTED:

01

REACH OUT

Reaching out is an act of courage, especially when you've been taught that your needs come last.

We start with a free 15 minute consultation call. No commitment, just a conversation to see if we're a good fit.

02

GET TO WORK

We'll move at your pace using approaches tailored to your history, how you process, and your goals.

03

SEE CHANGE

Therapy doesn’t erase your past, but it can keep your past from running your future.

What if you’re allowed to trust your own voice?

Not the performed version of okay. Not the version that monitors every thought for signs of wrongdoing. The version that knows what they think, what they feel, and what they need and believes they're allowed to have it.

That's what this work is for. To get you to a place where your past is something that happened to you, not something that's still happening. Where your body feels like somewhere you can live. Where the people in your life feel safe and chosen. Where the future feels like something to move toward instead of something to brace for.

You've already survived the hardest part.

This is where you get to do more than survive.
