Services

Healing is a journey, and it often looks different for each person. I work with individuals navigating complex and developmental trauma, the lasting effects of high-control religious experiences, grief, life transitions, and the unique needs of neurodivergent clients. My approach creates a safe, compassionate space where your experiences are honored, your challenges are understood, and your goals guide the work. Together, we explore tools and strategies that support healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.

Religious Trauma & Cult Recovery

To the ones who always played by the rules. The people pleasers, the perfectionists, the seekers, the doubters.

What happens when the story you inherited no longer feels true, and you’re left searching for who you are beyond it?

Rebuilding can feel impossible. I get it, I grew up in two high-control groups. I know what it’s like to question everything you thought you knew and to wonder if you’ll ever find your way back to yourself.

In therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard, where your story matters, and where you can begin reclaiming your voice, your trust, and your sense of safety. Together, we’ll work on unlearning old survival strategies, practicing new ways of showing up in the world, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom.

S.A.F.E. EMDR

SAFE EMDR is a gentle, trauma-informed approach designed to help you process difficult experiences safely and at your own pace. It emphasizes creating a sense of safety and stability first, so you feel supported while exploring past memories. Through this method, you can work through distressing experiences, strengthen your emotional resilience, and develop new ways of coping. SAFE EMDR provides a structured yet compassionate framework that helps you honor your story, feel more grounded in your body, and move toward meaningful healing and growth.

Complex & Developmental Trauma

Complex and Developmental Trauma can have lasting effects on your emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Complex trauma involves prolonged or repeated experiences of trauma that may occur at any age, while developmental trauma happens during childhood and can impact emotional growth, attachment, and brain development. Healing from this type of trauma involves creating safety, understanding patterns that developed over time, and building skills to feel grounded, empowered, and connected in daily life.

Constructed Awareness

Constructed Awareness is a therapeutic approach that helps you understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with clarity and self-compassion. It encourages you to notice patterns in your life, recognize how past experiences influence the present, and develop strategies for healthier ways of coping. By creating a safe space to explore your inner world, this approach supports insight, healing, and personal growth. Over time, it can help you feel more balanced, resilient, and empowered to make choices that align with your true self.

Neurodivergence

Neurodivergence refers to the natural differences in how people’s brains process information, feel emotions, and interact with the world. It can include experiences such as ADHD, autism, and other ways of thinking and learning. In therapy, honoring neurodivergence means recognizing both the strengths and challenges that come with these differences. Together, we focus on understanding your unique needs, building on your abilities, and creating strategies that support growth, self-acceptance, and well-being.
