Specializing in Trauma, Parenting, and Religious Deconstruction
At Evergreen Integrative Therapy, I utilize a model called Constructed Awareness to gently uncover the patterns, beliefs, and internal systems shaped by trauma, early caregiving, and religious experiences. My work centers on helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, rebuild trust with themselves, and create new, grounded ways of relating to others.

Whether you're processing complex trauma, navigating the challenges of parenting, or healing from the wounds of high-control religious environments, I offer a compassionate, structured approach that honors your story and supports meaningful transformation.

Trauma

Trauma can disrupt our sense of safety, identity, and connection. I support clients in processing both acute and complex trauma using a gentle, somatic and awareness-based approach. Together, we work to regulate the nervous system, integrate past experiences, and build internal resources for healing and resilience.

Parenting

Parenting can bring up our deepest fears, hopes, and unresolved wounds. I help parents navigate the challenges of raising children while staying connected to their values and their own emotional well-being. My approach supports compassionate boundaries, co-regulation, and practical tools for everyday parenting.

Religious Deconstruction

Leaving or rethinking a religious framework can be disorienting and isolating. I support clients in unpacking the effects of high-control, fear-based, or shame-driven religious experiences. Together, we explore belief systems, reclaim personal agency, and create space for spiritual or secular integration—on your terms.
